(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent relies upon a communication dated 21.04.2025 addressed to the Director School Education (Secondary Education), SAS Nagar, and submits that the name of petitioner has been recommended for the post of Master (Social Study). He further, on instructions from the quarter concerned, submits that the necessary provisional appointment shall be issued in favour of the petitioner upon her police verification / medical examination within a period of two weeks from today. [2] In view of the above undertaking, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition any further. [3] Dismissed as not pressed.
