Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have preferred representations vide Annexure P/10-colly to respondent No.2 for protecting their seniority, however, the said representations till date have not been decided by the aforesaid respondent/competent authority. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
