The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No.04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4), 305 of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Achhat Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Ranchi. During the intervening period of 31.12.2024 to 02.01.2025, theft was committed in the jewellery shop of the informant. Unknown thieves took away jewelleries and other valuables from there. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused persons. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Achhat Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Ranchi or his successor, in connection with Doranda P.S.
