1. Heard on application No. 1/2025 seeking leave to file restoration application. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of S.B. CWP No. 647/2019 petitioner Mr. Bangali Mal Sharma had expired and on account of there being no knowledge of pendency of writ petition, the legal representatives of original petitioner could not pursue the writ petition hence, the same was dismissed vide peremptory order dated 08.07.2025 and vide consequential order dated 01.09.2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial).
2. The application is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents.

3. In view of above, the application stands allowed and the applicant Mr. Sandeep Kumar Sharma S/o Bangali Mal Sharma is permitted to file restoration application.
4. Amended cause title is taken on record.
5. S.B.CWP No. 675/2025 for the reasons stated hereinabove where on account of death of original petitioner, his legal representatives could not pursue the matter and also could not make compliance of peremptory order earlier passed by this Court, this Court finds that the reasons are bonafide. Hence, the restoration application is allowed. S.B. CWP No. 647/2019 is restored to its original number by recalling the orders dated 08.07.2025 and 01.09.2025.
