Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the Civil Suit No. 51A/2022 filed by the plaintiffs/petitioners before Civil Judge Class I, Gunderdehi for permanent injunction and possession of the suit land is pending consideration since 01.12.2022. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Civil Suit No. 51A/2022 within a stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Patel, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Civil Judge Class I, Gunderdehi, District Balod to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Civil Suit No. 51A/2022 expeditiously. 5.
