Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the r respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence under Section 420 of IPC and a crime was registered on 06.12.2023. The petitioner facilitated job for the 2'^'^ respondent’s son in the year 2019 and the petitioner is also employee of the same company. It is submitted that on account of the Covid pandemic, the company was closed, resulting in loss of job to the petitioner as well as the 2^^ respondent’s son. However, the 2'^'^ respondent filed a complaint alleging that the petitioner has collected money for providing job on various dates in the year 2019. It is submitted that the Police are now calling the petitioner to the Police Station to settle the issue with the 2^^ respondent. 3. Considering the submission, the Police shall complete the investigation by issuing notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. This would not preclude the Investigating Officer in filing charge sheet after completion of investigation. With the above direction,the Criminal Petition is disposed off. 4.
