The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though this petition has been filed seeking quashment of the proceedings, it would suffice if a direction is issued to the trial Judge to complete the trial at the earliest. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is issued to the learned trial Judge to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.41 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
