Admittedly, the proceeding filed under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies at Nashik. The present writ petition is filed against the order dated 06.06.2025 by which an application for interim stay to the order dated 06.03.2025 passed by Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies at Dhule, thereby deregistering the society. 3. Perused the impugned order which runs into 47 pages. It appears that hearing of appeal is posted on 23.06.2025. The party in person raises apprehension that hearing of appeal is likely to be protracted due to large pendency of appeals/revisions before the 1 of 2 (( 2 )) 905-wp-7384-25 concerned authority. However, the fact remains that learned Divisional Joint Registrar rejected the application for grant of stay by recording prima facie opinion which need not be disturbed at this stage. However, it is expected that the appeal be heard finally and the decision be rendered within a period of three (03) months from the date of this order. 4.
