JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH O R D E R 20.08.2025 The instant contempt proceedings have been initiated on the ground of violation of the order dated 09.02.2022 passed in WP(C) No.744/2022 whereby there was a direction issued to the respondent authorities to refer the matter before the High Level Committee constituted and within a time period, the High Level Committee was directed to pass the appropriate orders. 2. Ms. R. B. Bora, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has placed before this Court an order which was passed on 24.09.2024 whereby the claim of the petitioner was rejected. 3. The copy of the said order so produced during the course of hearing dated 24.09.2024 is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. 4. Taking into account the above, the instant contempt proceedings stands dropped. 5.
