The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in deleting the name of the petitioner from revenue records viz., adangals and 1-B in respect of land admeasuring an extent of Ac.1-00 cents in Sy.No.202/8A of G.Palem Village, Renugunta Mandal, Tirupati District without issuing notice and without following due process of law. 2. The 5th respondent filed counter affidavit stating that pursuant to order dated 29.05.2020 passed by the 4th respondent, the name of 6th respondent was mutated in revenue records as against the subject lands. It is further contended that the petitioner contested the matter before the 4th respondent and after hearing the petitioner the 4th respondent passed order dated 29.05.2020. 3. After arguing the matter for some time, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to question order dated 29.05.2020 passed by the 4th respondent. 4. The said request of the petitioner is accepted and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by grating liberty to the petitioner to question order dated 29.05.2020 before appropriate forum.
