I 2) A case has been registered against the petitioner/accused No.3 and other accused for the offence punishable under section 409 I.P.C. 3) The case of the prosecution in brief is thataccused Nos.1 and 2 were workihg as Branch Head and Assistant Branch Head in Manappuram Finance Company Limited, Giddalur town, respectively are the custodians and responsible for keeping safe custody of the assets l'n the branch; that on 20.06.2024, the Auditor v,-z. Mohanachari conducted audit and inspection and found that accused Nos.1 and 2 have misappropriated funds and 330 grams of gold worth Rs.25,19,572/- belon.ged to the customers. The case .has been reported to police on 27.06.2024 and it was registered as a case in Crime No.2Cj7 of 2024 of Giddalur Police Station and investigated into. I.-'J t- ` \37 E-~ *--- L= 4) Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 5) A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the accused Nos.1 and 2 are the custodians of Muthoot Finance company Limited of Giddalur branch and the gold ornaments belonged to the customers were kept in the safe rooin and the first key of the safe room of the said branch was with the Branch Head and the second key was kept by the Assistant Branch Head, who are accused Nos.1 and 2, respectively. 6) Going by the accusation alleged in the FIR, pr,'ma fac,'e there is no material as against the petitioner herein. But the mortgages were made in the name of the relatives of A3. Since the petitioner is a woman and except the said accusation, there is no other material as against the petitioner/accuseci No.3 herein, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7) Accordingly, in the event of her arrest With regard {O this Crime, petitioner/A3 shall be released on bail On her executing a Personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand Only), With two sureties for the like sum each, to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials, and also on' condition that the petitioner shall make herself ®``- < -I a-;-if available for investigation as and when required and that she shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses.
