The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “(a) First information report dated 30.09.2024 bearing Crime no. 107/2024 u/s 498-A, 323/34 of I.P.C. registered at Police Station Gidhpuri, District Baloda-bazaar (C.G.) (b) Charge sheet No. 136/2024 dated 04.12.2024 offence u/s 498-A, 323, 34, 509-A of I.P.C. submitted with the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Baloda-Bazaar (C.G.) (c) Order dated 12.12.2024 whereby cognizance has been taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Baloda-Bazaar (C.G.) in Criminal Case 3 No. 3631/2024. (d) Entire proceeding in Criminal Case No. 3631/2024 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Baloda-Bazaar (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this CRMP as the petitioner/ Husband of respondent No.2 could not deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- for mediation as fixed by this Court vide order dated 09/05/2025. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Consequently, the interim relief granted earlier in favour of the petitioners stands vacated. 6.
