This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order passed in Criminal Appeal No. 53 of 2007, dated 04.07.2008 passed by the II Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Amalapuram, confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by
judgment in C.C.No.623 of 2003 dated 14.02.2007 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, East Godavari District.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the record.
3. A perusal of the status report received from the Station House Officer, Amalapuram Town Police Station, indicates that revision petitioner died on 01.12.2009 and copy of the death certificate is also enclosed.
3. In view of the death of the sole petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
