There shall be an interim order of stay as prayed for, till the next date of hearing, subject to the condition that the petitioner would deposit Rs.25/- lakhs, before the Registry, within one month from today. In that light, on account of default of the petitioner and his absence, the petition stands dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail of such remedy, as available in law.
