GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 4 HN,J W.P.NO.14563 OF 2025 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION NO: 14563/2025 ORDER: Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are troubled by the respondent No.4, at the instance of respondent Nos. 5 to 9 and insisted the petitioners to settle the disputes between the unofficial respondents. The petitioners and unofficial respondents belong to same family and on account of the demise of the 5th respondent son, the dispute between the family members arose. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that on receipt of complaint from the 8th respondent, police have registered the case against the petitioners and that the petitioners are summoned to the police for the purpose of investigation. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, it is made clear that the 4th respondent shall not interfere in the civil and family between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed off. No order as to costs.
