Survey No.1-4A2 to an extent of Ac. 1.03 cents respectively for total extent of Ac. 4.85 >2 cents situated at Uppaladinne Village, Ponnalur Mandal, Prakasam District is highly Illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India apart from violation of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and consequently direct respondent Nos.5 and 6 to conduct the survey, demarcation and fix the boundaries through dispose online Application No.FSNV012500664243 dated 25.02.2025 (F-Line Application) made by the petitioner in Survey No.1-1 DIB to an extent of Ac. 3.82 14 cents, Survey No. 1-4A2 to an extent of Ac. 1.03 cents respectively for total extent of Ac.4.85 14 cents situated at Uppaladinne Village, Ponnalur Mandal, Prakasam District and pass such other order. ” 2. Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, to issue a direction to the respondents to 3 'dispose of the f-line application dated 25.02.2025 filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue agreed to dispose of the f-line application dated 25.02.2025, if any pending with the respondents. 4. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in “The Government of India v. P. Venkateshi>, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioner himself requested to issue a direction to dispose of f-line application dated 25.02.2025 this Court find no other alternative except to issue such direction. 5. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the f-line application dated 25.02.2025 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two(2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
