Petitioner’s grievance is against order dated 22.05.2025 passed by respondent No.4-City Survey Officer. He seeks to challenge the order deleting name of society from the record of city survey and also seeks that his name shall be included as against the plot possessed by him. 3. Apparently, petitioner has alternate remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order. However, he contends that certified copies of relevant documents are not provided to him, although he has applied for the same. 4. In this background, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty in favour of petitioner to file an appeal before the Competent Authority against the impugned order. 1 of 2 (( 2 )) 903-wp-7382-25 5. In case petitioner makes an application for certified copies of relevant documents giving its particulars, respondent No.4- City Survey Officer shall provide the same expeditiously, within a period of eight (08) days from filing of such application. 6.
