No.618 of 2025. 2.The case in C.C.No.21 of 2022 was taken on the file of Judicial Magistrate V, Salem Taluk, Salem for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC. The occurrence is of the year 2021. The property involved in this case has been recovered and handed over to the de-facto complainant. The defacto- complainant as well as the accused are not found in the respective address. They remain untraceable inspite of the best efforts by the Police.
