Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General and Mr. Tara Chand Chauhan, learned counsel, accept notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 and 6, respectively. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs: - “(i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allot the GPF Number to the petitioner as per the CCS Pension Rules, 1972. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the pension to the petitioner w.e.f. 01-01-2018 with all benefits incidental thereof in terms of the judgments mentioned supra. (iii) That the respondents may directed to decide the representation dated 08-01-2025 (Annexure P-5) which time bound manner in the interest of justice and fair play.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decisions rendered in Sunder Singh Versus the State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors2. and Balo Devi & others Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others3. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation on 08.01.2025 (Annexure P-5) to the respondents/competent authority for the redressal of her grievances raised in this writ petition. Learned counsel also submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, within a time bound manner. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to this prayer. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and 2 Civil Appeal No.6309 of 2017 decided on 08.03.2018 3 Civil Appeal No.4792 of 2022 decided on 18.07.2022 3 decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and in terms of above decisions, within a period of six weeks from today.
