Nayak, Page No.# 2/2 learned counsel for the respondents, has produced an Order dated 5th February, 2025, wherein the claim of the petitioner for payment allotted from the Schemes under SCA and TSP and other Grants under Article 275(1) of the Constitution of India during 2016-17 has been rejected by the BTC Authorities on the ground that the same was issued illegally/fraudulently and with the intention to cause huge loss to Public Ex-chequere. Considering the Order dated 5th February, 2025, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondents have substantially complied with the direction passed by this Court.
