JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Page No.# 2/2 01.08.2025 Mr. RM Barooah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the direction(s) passed in the judgment and order dated 03.01.2022 in WP(C)No.7337/2021 have been duly complied with by the respondent authorities, inasmuch as, a speaking order dated 24.07.2024 has been passed by the Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Bodofa Nwgwr, Kokrajhar. 2. Mr. A Boro, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the speaking order dated 24.07.2024, the petitioner may be granted the liberty to assail the same, if so advised. 3. Taking into account that a speaking order has been passed thereby rejecting the claim of the petitioner, the direction(s) passed by this Court in the judgment and order dated 03.01.2022 in WP(C)No.7337/2021 have been duly complied with and the instant contempt proceedings stands dropped. 4. Before parting, this Court observes that dropping of the contempt proceedings shall not affect the rights of the petitioner to assail the speaking order dated 24.07.2024 passed by the Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Bodofa Nwgwr, Kokrajhar, if so advised.
