Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation/ application dated 24.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Revenue furnished written instructions dated 27.06.2025 issued by respondent No.2. wherein, the relevant portion of the said instructions is extracted hereunder; 4. "It is further submitted that there is no record confirming the issue of the Settlement Patta Dt.16.09.1959 produced by the petitioner. No revenue records are acknowledging the issue of settlement patta or incorporation made in accordance with the settlement patta. To ascertain the veracity of the settlement patta produced by the petitioners, the Direct of Settiments, AP, Vijayawada was addressed to ascertain whether there lies any appeal filed against the settlement patta so that the veracity of the copy on which the applicant submitting can be confirmed. In view of the discrepancy, between the MDR and FMB, the Deputy Director, Central Survey, Director of Settlements, Vijayawada was also addressed to send the records related to Sy. No. 31 of Vadlapudi Village, Gajuwaka mandal. The application is very much under consideration."
