Case No. 68 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 303(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3) of the BNS, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of molesting the victim girl. 4. From the FIR, it appears that the occurrence has taken place because of some trivial issue. 5.
