Assistant prior to transfer counseling for the existing teachers working in the post of P.G Assistant in violation of original schedule of counseling a per the proceedings of 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No. 25154 / A1 / E2 / 2021 dated 28.01.2022 and consequently directing the respondents to implement the schedule of counseling for the post of P.G. Assistant on par with all other teaching post in accordance with original schedule based on the representation submitted by the petitioners.
