Handique, learned State Counsel for the opposite party no. 2, 3 & 4. 2. The applicants as writ petitioners have preferred the accompanying writ petition, W.P. [C.] no. 1263/2024. While preferring the writ petition, in the cause-title portion, the applicants - writ petitioners had described themselves as under :- 1. Md. Ismail Hussain, aged about 68 years, son of Late Naser Ali Bepari, 2. Md. Mokshed Ali, aged about 70 years, son of Late Naser Ali Bepari, 3. Md. Ainal Hoque, aged about 44 years, son of Late Naser Ali Bepari, 4. Md. Sanowar Hussain, aged about 42 years, son of Late Naser Ali Bepari, 5. Md. Atowar Hussain, aged about 35 years, son of Late Naser Ali Bepari, 6. Md. Habibar Hussain, aged about 30 years, son of Late Naser Ali Bepari, 7. Md. Nur Islam, aged about 25 years, son of Late Naser Ali Bepari, 8. Md. The instant interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants - writ petitioners stating that some inadvertent errors had crept in in the cause-title portion of the accompanying writ petition, more particularly, in the description part of the writ petitioners, extracted above. 4. The instant interlocutory application is preferred seeking corrections in the descriptions of the applicants - writ petitioners in the cause title of the accompanying writ petition in the following manner :- 1. Md. Ismail Hussain, aged about 68 years, son of Late Naser Ali Bepari, 2. Md. Mokshed Ali, aged about 70 years, son of Late Naser Ali Bepari, 3. Md. Ainal Hoque, aged about 44 years, son of Late Moslemuddin Ahmed, 4. Md. Sanowar Hussain, aged about 42 years, son of Late Moslemuddin Ahmed, 5. Md. Atowar Hussain, aged about 35 years, son of Late Moslemuddin Ahmed, 6. Md. Habibar Hussain, aged about 30 years, son of Late Moslemuddin Ahmed, 7. Md. Both Ms. Mahanta and Mr. Handique have submitted that such errors might be a result of carelessness and negligence. They have, however, fairly submitted that they have no objection if the corrections sought for, are allowed. 6. As the errors, projected by the applicants – writ petitioners appear prima facie to be typographical errors, occurred due to inadvertence, and the prayer for corrections are not opposed by the learned counsel for the opposite party, the instant interlocutory application is allowed. 7. The Registry to carry out the corrections in the afore-stated manner in the cause-title of the writ petition on submission of an amended cause-title by the applicants – writ petitioners in terms of the Notification no. 79 dated 19.06.2023 within a time period of 3 [three] working days from today and thereafter, correct the same accordingly, in the CIS.
