Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 Deputy Collector/Sub-Divisional Officer Tehsil Handia, District Allahabad to decide the Case No.RTS/3701 of 2024, Computerized Case No. T202402030403701 (Mangaroo Vs. Radheshyam and 17 others) under Section-176 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. act within specific period as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court pending before court concerned since 12.08.2009." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Case No. RTS/3701 of 2024, Computerized Case No. T202402030403701 (Mangaroo Vs. Radheshyam and 17 others) under Section-176 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. act is pending before respondent no. 2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that case of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the Case No.RTS/3701 of 2024, Computerized Case No. T202402030403701 (Mangaroo Vs. Radheshyam and 17 others) under Section-176 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. act be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
