This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Case No.179 of 2020 (State Vs. Praveen Kumar Yadav and others), arising out of case crime no. 128 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Nagara, District Ballia within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2020, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Case No.179 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
