Petitioner is serving as TGT (Medical) at GHS Chari u/c GSSS Mehla, District Chamba, H.P. His case is that on completion of prescribed tenure at the aforesaid hard and tribal area, he preferred repeated representations dated 04.06.2025 and 02.07.2025 (Annexures P-5 and P-6, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - respectively) to the competent authority seeking his transfer to a station of his choice in accordance with applicable transfer policy, however, the same have not been decided by the competent authority till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of three weeks from today.
