N RANGA REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 10.05.2024 passed in W.P.No.11772 of 2024. Sri N.Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that there are no encroachments in the subject land as alleged by the petitioner in the said writ petition and endorsement has been issued to the petitioner to the said effect and the orders of this Court have already been complied with. Sri K.Naga Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the said endorsement, writ petitioner has already filed writ petition before this Court and the same is pending adjudication. In view of the same, nothing remains for adjudication and the contempt may be closed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
