The original Demand Draft is handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent. The parties have filed a joint memo of compromise dated 19.12.2025, which is duly signed by both the parties. 2. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of, in terms of joint memo compromise. It is made clear that the pending cases shall be given quietus, as agreed in Clause 3 of the joint memo of compromise. The joint memo of compromise shall form part and parcel of the order. No costs.
