The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 324 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 971 of 2024 arising out of Dassam Fall P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 394, 397, 307, 324 and 325 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.J.C. XVII, Ranchi. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8550 of 2024 by order dated 11.12.2024 with the liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. 4. On 16.01.2024, Road dacoity was committed on NH-33, near Nunu Hotel, Bundu by the accused persons. It appears that several vehicles were looted. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that Rs.4,80,000/- are shown to have been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that similarly situated several co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 6. It appears that the petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2024. 7. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.
