--- 03/04.09.2025 Both these Bail Applications arise out of same police case. Accordingly, both these Bail Applications are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109(1), 126(2), 127(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma. On 23.04.2025, the petitioners along with co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant’s nephew causing grievous injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Raja Kumar has been granted Anticipatory Bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide A.B.A. No.4745 of 2025.
In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 132 of
2025.
