Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner intr-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-Tehsildar Tehsil Tamkuhi, District Kushinagar to conclude the mutation proceeding under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 vide its No. T2022050440306391 (Abhishek Kumar Mishra Vs. Harendra Mishra, expeditiously. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.2 will take all necessary steps to decide the aforesaid mutation proceeding, expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 4. In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-Tehsildar Tehsil Tamkuhi, District Kushinagar to decide the mutation proceedings in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
