This Review Petition is filed by the petitioners to review the order of this Court dated 17.10.2022 in W.P.No.19867/2022 (Annexure-A). 2. Heard Miss. Jahnavi M. learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate, upon perusal of the petition papers, this Court, vide order dated 17.10.2022 in W.P.No.19867/2022, declined to interfere in the writ petition on the ground of delay and laches observing that the petitioners - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20896 RP No. 168 of 2023 have made an attempt to challenge the order passed during 1987 belatedly. This Court after considering the circumstances under which the petition was filed, has dismissed the petition. 4. In that view of the matter, there is no error apparent on the face of the record as required under Section 114 of CPC to review the impugned order at Annexure-A.
