Case No. 30/2025, registered for the offences under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2025. He submits that false allegations are made against the petitioner. He submits that the FIR is registered against unknown persons and on confessional statement of the co-accused, the name of the petitioner has come. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that even the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 4. It transpires that the petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2025 and FIR has been registered against unknown persons and the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. 5. Regard being had to the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro in connection with Bokaro Steel City P.S.
