Mr. Chistie, learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors submits that this contempt petition is directed against an interim order dated 22.06.2023, in WP(C) No. 7621/2022, and thereafter, the said writ petition was disposed of, vide final order, dated 13.08.2024, and for non-compliance of the final order dated 13.08.2024, another contempt case, being Cont.Cas(C) No. 45/2025, has been instituted. Mr. Chistie further submits that since the main case has already been disposed of and against non-compliance of the final order passed in the main petition, a contempt petition has already been instituted, this contempt petition becomes infructuous and accordingly, the same may be closed. Taking note of the submission of Mr. Chsitie, learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors, and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this contempt petition stands closed as the main petition, WP(C) No. 7621/2022, has already been disposed of, vide final order dated 13.08.2024.
