Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development and Finance Planning. 2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking payment of the due amount in terms of the contract executed by the Writ Petitioner. The amount claimed by the Writ Petitioner, as mentioned in the table provided in Para No.3 of the Affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition is Rs.21,51,366/-. 3. Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, PR Division, Tenali dated 27.08.2025 along with an Annexure. Copy of it is supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 4. The above Written Instruction would indicate that the Official Respondents are admitting the value of work done to an extent of Rs.21,25,726/- and that after the deduction, the Writ Petitioner is entitled to an amount of Rs.19,42,021/-. 3 5. Sri Kode Ramesh Babu, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Writ Petitioner is willing to accept the value of the works done of Rs.21,25,726/- as indicated by the Executive Engineer in the Written Instruction and is willing to accept Rs.19,42,021/- as the final amount due as full and final settlement. 6. Having noted the same, this Court is of the view that there shall be a direction to the Official Respondents to pay the admitted amount of Rs.19,42,021/- (after deductions) within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today. There shall be a further direction to the Official Respondents that they shall complete the administrative process in all respects within a period of eight (08) weeks and transferring the admitted amount to the Bank account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter. 7. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the details of Bank account to the Competent Authority within one week for effective compliance. 8. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 9.
