(Regulations of Building Operations) Act, 1958. 2. The petitioner has not annexed the order-sheet of the proceedings after 28.08.2023 of Case No. 411 of 2023 alleged to be pending against her. 3. As regards relief sought against the private respondent, we find no good ground to issue any direction at the behest of the petitioner. 4. The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply before the Authority before which the proceedings are pending for expeditious disposal, if so advised.
