Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Sri D. Sivadarshan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri P. Badrinath, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. 3.
