Mr. Sikander Bhushan, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents in both the petitions. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. These writ petitions have been filed for the grant of almost common substantive reliefs. Relief clause herein is extracted from CWP No. 11558/2025:- “i) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to grant the work charge status/regularization to petitioner immediately on completion of 8 years of continuous daily wage service with effect from due date, i.e., 01.01.2007 with 240 days in each calendar year, with all consequential benefits including pay fixation, pay arrears, increments, seniority and other benefits etc. ii) That the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to decide the representation dated 02.05.2025, Annexure P-4, within time bound manner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has submitted the issues involved in these writ petitions and the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner(s) have already been considered and adjudicated upon in State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. Vs. Surajmani & Anr.2 and Jogi Ram Vs. State of H.P.3 Learned counsel further submitted that the representation(s) dated 02.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) preferred by the petitioner(s), for claiming the above reliefs are pending consideration with the respondents. Learned counsel also submitted that the petitioner(s) would be content in case the respondents/competent 2Civil Appeal No. 1595/2025, decided alongwith connected civil appeals on 06.02.2025. 3CWP No. 7124/2021 dated 25.02.2025 3 authority are directed to decide the aforesaid representation(s) within a fixed time schedule. Learned Deputy Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 4. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matters, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation(s) of the petitioner(s), in accordance with law as well as taking into consideration the above judgments in the case of Surajmani2 and Jogi Ram3 within a period of six weeks from today.
