The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of enactment of The Assam Repealing Act, 2020, whereby, the Assam Madrassa Education Provincialization Act, 1995 and the Assam Madrass Education (Provincialization of Services of Employees and Re-organization of Madrassa Educational Institutions Act, 2018 had been repealed, this writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition stands closed being infructuous.
