Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had represented that he had filed a Memo dated 23.07.2025, before the Registry stating that the matter has been settled out of the court between both the parties and for filing the compromise petition before the Senior Civil Judge Court, Rajamahendravaram, he requested this Court to close the present transfer petition. Perused the memo dated 23.07.2025 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. By recording the submissions made by the petitioner and as well as the memo dated 23.07.2025, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
