It is the grievance of the petitioner that following his application for mutation, South Dum Dum Municipality conducted a hearing on July 16, 2021. But thereafter, nothing has been communicated to him from the Municipality. There is no need to keep this writ petition pending. I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon South Dum Dum Municipality to communicate the decision, if any, taken following the meeting held on July 16, 2021 within a period of two weeks from date.
