The present application has been filed by the applicant seeking condonation for delay of 100 days in filing the accompanying appeal. Mr. Th. Babloo, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, submit that he has no serious objection in allowing the present application on payment of cost. Considering the reasons for the delay explained in the affidavit and since the respondents do not have any serious objection, the delay of 100 days in filing the accompanying Appeal is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the High Court Bar Association, Manipur, for the purpose of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) within a week.
