Since the appeal stands decided and in view of the fact that non-applicants have no objection in case the application is allowed, therefore, the present application is allowed and the total awarded amount of compensation qua the share of the applicant-respondent No.5 namely, Jodha @ Jodh Singh alongwith upto-date interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be remitted to his saving bank account number, details whereof have been given in para 8 of the application.
