Kalpana Gupta, with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 25.2.2019 bearing no. 58 of 2019 and its cognizance and summoning order dated 20.01.2021 arising out of Case Crime No. 417 of 2018, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Bilsi, District Budaun. It is further prayed to stay/quash the entire proceeding of Case No. 3548 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 417 of 2018, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Bilsi, District Budaun, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Budaun. 4. Even previously on 20.3.2025 there was no representation from the side of the applicants in the revised list and the following order was passed by this Court:- "1. List revised. He prays for a month's further time for the same. 4. As a last opportunity, one month and no more is granted for the same. 5. Let the matter be listed on 11.3.2025." 3.
