A letter dated 01.04.2026 has been received from the office of the Presiding Officer, Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Tribunal, Jaipur, wherein a request has been made to extend the time for six months. 2. This Court while deciding the instant writ petition bearing S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2332/2025 has passed an order dated 06.03.2025 directing the Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Tribunal, Jaipur to decide the application submitted by the petitioner within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the aforesaid order. 3. It has been written in the letter by the Presiding Officer that the period so fixed by this Court is almost complete and since the Presiding Officer has joined his duties on 01.04.2026, therefore, a prayer has been made for extending the time for further six months. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this Court deems it just and proper to extend the time for further six months to decide the application submitted by the petitioner. 5.
