3. The petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition in WP No.15279 of 2024 and this writ petition was disposed of by issuing direction to the 3rd respondent on 13.06.2024. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner approached the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent conducted an enquiry and sent a communication dated 20.12.2024 to the 1st respondent through the 2nd respondent recommending for the change of the status of the subject property from Government Poramboke land to Ryotwarai manai.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the same was not acted upon and the representation made by the petitioner also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also considering the communication of the 3rd respondent dated 2012.2024 issued to the 1st respondent, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
