Revenue Code,2006, an order was passed in her favour by the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tamkuhi, District Kushinagar on 07.08.2024. In the aforesaid order, though the Revenue Team has been constituted by the respondent no.2 vide its order dated 20.11.2024, by which a direction was given to the Revenue Team to remove the encroachment pursuant to the order dated 07.08.2024 and submit his report. It is further argued that till date no decision has been taken. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.2 will take all necessary steps to comply with the order dated 07.08.2024 in letter and spirit, expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 4. In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tamkuhi, District Kushinagar to comply with the order dated 07.08.2024 in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
