It is the case of the petitioner that though after serving as an Assistant Teacher, he superannuated from service w.e.f. 28.02.2025, but he has not been paid his retiral benefits. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that though there is a criminal case against the petitioner, which is pending, yet after superannuation, he is entitled for the retiral benefits. He submits that he has also filed a representation, which needs to be disposed of. 4. Learned counsel representing the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a detailed representation, the same will be 2025:JHHC:24057 2 disposed of and if anything is legally found payable, the same will be paid to the petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents before the respondent – District Superintendent of Education, Latehar, within a period of four weeks. 6. If such representation is filed, the concerned respondent will consider the case of the petitioner and will decide the same within a period of six weeks. 7. If the petitioner is found entitled to, the retiral benefits should be extended to him within four weeks thereafter. 8. If any part of the claim / representation is rejected, a reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner. 9. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
